A friend of mine shared this recipe with me, and while I had my doubts, it turned out great. The avocados make an amazingly velvety smooth base for the pudding, and I promise, it won’t taste anything like guacamole! It’s super healthy, and extremely simple to make. I served mine with some fresh strawberries, but it would be great with bananas, or any other fruit that goes with chocolate.
2 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 heaping Tbsp almond butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup raw agave nectar or raw honey
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. It’s as easy as that. Enjoy!
